These Contest Rules (“Rules”) govern the operation of contests hosted by reallyneedavacation.com (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By participating in a contest, you (“Participant,” “you,” or “your”) agree to comply with these Rules.

1. Eligibility

• Participants must be 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.

• Employees, affiliates, and immediate family members of the Company are not eligible to participate.

• Participants must provide a valid email address and complete the email verification process to enter or vote.

2. Contest Entry

• To enter a contest, Participants must:

  • Upload a video explaining why they need a vacation.
  • Agree to the Content Submission Agreement.
  • Verify their email address to complete the entry process.

• Entries must comply with all content guidelines outlined in the Code of Conduct.

3. Contest Duration

• Contests begin when five (5) eligible entries are received.

• Each contest lasts seventy-two (72) hours from the start time.

• The contest end time will be displayed prominently to all Participants.

4. Voting

• Each eligible voter may cast one (1) vote per contest.

• Voters must verify their email address to submit a vote.

• Votes are tracked in the Company’s secure database to ensure accuracy and prevent fraud.

• The Company reserves the right to disqualify votes deemed fraudulent or inappropriate.

5. Prize Allocation

• The entry with the highest number of valid votes at the end of the contest period is the winner.

• In the event of a tie, all tied entries will be declared winners, and each winner will receive the designated prize.

• Winners will be notified via email within five (5) business days of contest conclusion.

• Winners must claim their prize within ten (10) calendar days of notification.

6. Prizes

• Prizes consist of promotional travel packages as described on the contest page.

• Participants are responsible for all taxes, fees, and travel costs not explicitly covered by the prize.

• The Company is not responsible for issues arising from third-party providers offering the prizes.

7. Disqualification

• The Company reserves the right to disqualify Participants who:
  • Submit content in violation of the Content Submission Agreement.
  • Engage in fraudulent activities, such as vote tampering.
  • Violate any of the rules outlined in this document.

8. Reporting Inappropriate Content

• Users may report entries they deem offensive or inappropriate.

• Reported content will be reviewed by the Company, and decisions regarding removal or disqualification are final.

9. Dispute Resolution

• All disputes related to contests are subject to the Arbitration Agreement.

• Participants waive their right to pursue class action lawsuits or representative proceedings.

10. Modifications and Cancellations

• The Company reserves the right to modify or cancel contests at its sole discretion.

• Participants will be notified of significant changes to contest terms.

11. Liability

• The Company is not responsible for technical failures, entry errors, or other issues beyond its control.

• The Company assumes no liability for disputes between Participants or with third-party providers.
